Getting Started

Once you have your event date, venue and catering booked, contact us on the inquire page. Your venue will be a huge factor in determining what pieces will be right for you. Of course, the date is also important so we can make sure that we’re available for your big day. Having a clear idea of the menu you will be serving your guests, or type of dining experience (buffet, family-style, plated dinner) will also greatly streamline the process. We specialize in events of 100 people or less but can accommodate larger gatherings with appropriate notice.

Budget

We like to collaborate with our clients to create unique and memorable tabletops. Following an initial conversation, we will send you a custom proposal based on your needs. Our place-setting rentals are priced from $30-$50 per guest. Per-piece pricing is also available. Breakage will be charged at the replacement cost of the item.  There is a $1000 minimum on all rental orders.  50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before the event. Table styling and set-up is charged at $100/hr.  Delivery is included within Litchfield County for sizable events. Smaller events will incur a delivery fee.

Selection

Unlike other rental companies, our collection consists of only the highest quality brands including Limoges, Wedgewood, Spode, and Noritake. Due to the size and location of our inventory, we cannot accommodate client selection of specific patterns. But, you can rest assured that each piece lucky enough to be included in our collection has been hand-picked with careful consideration. You are also welcome to visit our Litchfield showroom by appointment.

Rental Period

Our standard rental period is 48-72 hours and commences at delivery and concludes with pick-up one to two days after your event. For a Saturday event, typically items are delivered Friday and picked up Sunday or Monday. If for any reason you need to cancel the order prior to 30 days, we will retain 25% of the total. After 30 days 100% of the order is due and non refundable.

Cleaning

All linens, dishes, glasses, and flatware come to you clean and ready to use. To avoid a cleaning fee, all plates, cutlery and glassware must be washed and free of food after your event and returned clean. Linens should be returned in the bag provided. An additional cleaning fee charge of 30% of the item's rental rate will be assessed for non-compliance.

Reservations

As our entire collection is filled with beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces, we recommend reserving everything as early as possible once you have your venue booked. Up to 2 weeks and as long as 12 months before your event date is the perfect time to have everything booked with us. However, if you have last-minute requests or changes, we’ll do our best to get you what you need to make your event memorable and stress-free!
