Getting Started
Browse our website and make a list of the items you love. Once you have a vision, email us and we'll prepare a quote. If you're unsure or need assistance, we also offer design services hourly. We specialize in events of 100 people or less but can accommodate larger gatherings with appropriate notice. We are also happy to work directly with an event planner or venue if appropriate.
Set-up & Breakdown
Our rentals are priced per piece; details are available in the Stockroom section. Rental of tabletop items other than linens must be returned clean. If you need help with cleaning, a 30% fee applies. Breakage/loss will be charged at the item's replacement cost. A 10% refundable deposit for breakage or loss will be included in the quote. There is a $ 1,000 minimum for all rental orders. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Rentals are not confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Deposit is non-refundable. Design & styling services start at $150/hr. Delivery/pickup is $200 within Litchfield County. Outside Litchfield County varies by distance.
Vintage Selection
Unlike other rental companies, our vintage collection consists of only the highest quality brands including Limoges, Wedgewood, Spode, and Noritake. Due to the size and location of our inventory, we cannot accommodate client selection of specific patterns for mixed collections. But, you can rest assured that each piece lucky enough to be included in our collection has been hand-picked with careful consideration.
Timing
As our entire collection is filled with beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces, we recommend reserving everything as early as possible once your venue is booked. However, if you have last-minute requests or changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate them and ensure your event is memorable and stress-free!
Our standard rental period is 48-72 hours and commences at delivery and concludes with pick-up one to two days after your event. For a Saturday event, typically items are delivered Friday and picked up Sunday or Monday.
Cleaning
All linens, dishes, glasses, and flatware arrive clean and ready to use. To avoid a cleaning fee, all plates, cutlery and glassware must be completely washed and free of food after your event and returned clean. Linens should be returned soiled in the provided bag. If you can't clean the items, no worries. We offer cleaning services for an additional 30% of the item's rental rate.
