Forage & Feast

Led by "Wildman" Steve Brill, America's go-to guy for foraging! This is an intriguing opportunity to build skills while having great fun. Following a 1.5 mile path through forest and field, guests will learn to recognize the likely environs for the wild herbs, vegetal food and funghi that grow there.  This is a skill every pioneer would have learned and is still of use and interest to us today. Following the hunt, cocktails and heavy hors deorves with a delicious nod to foraged edibles and local foods will round out this memorable day. Come prepared in appropriate clothing, including closed shoes. Digging implements for roots are optional, paper bags may be used for collection. Practical and recreational, what could be better!
